Baby Girl in da House

Here are the details:

  • Jamie was induced around 8 am. Baby was born at 11:17 am.
  • Epideral didn't take and the labor was coming fast so Jamie ended up delivering without the aid of anesthetics.
  • 7 lbs. 11 oz and 21 inches long.
  • Mom and Baby are doing great. No surprise that Jamie was amazing during delivery.
  • We haven't settled on a name, but have narrowed it down.

I'm having trouble uploading pics right now. You'll just have to take my word that she is beautiful. Hopefully we'll have a name and pictures for you tomorrow.

Welcome to the "no drugs" club. We need a few more members in it.

Glad you are doing well and that that baby really is a girl.

You do realize Jamie deserves another coach purse for championing natural childbirth!! I love how Renae said we need more members in the "no drugs" club. Jeesh, I hope to never join that club! :) Beautiful baby!!

I'm so proud of you. You did an amazing job deliverying a healthy baby girl. I'm sure she is just as beautiful as you. I know she will bring many smiles and blessings to your family just as you have done to me. I can't wait to meet her, I'm sorry I wasn't there to be a support to you, but I'm so grateful you have a loving and supportive husband and two little boys to love her to pieces. Sending my love...Mom

John,

Writing posts on your wife's blog is like guys wearing women's underwear. Sure you may think you have a good reason for it (like "man my legs look sexy in fishnets"), but in the end it's socially unacceptable.

Is this what happens when another girl is added to the household, dad signs away his manhood?

Put the panties away brother.

In the mean time I found the perfect box to store your manhood.
